Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you need to return, exchange, or request a refund, here’s how the process works.

Eligibility and Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at team@elmandessence.com. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

How to Return an Item

  • Request a Return:

    Contact us at team@elmandessence.com with your order details and reason for the return. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

  • Receive Instructions:

    Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Prepare Your Package:

    Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

  • Shipping Costs:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Refund Process

    After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This may take up to 7 days. No restocking fees apply.

  • Exchanges

    If you’d like to swap an item for a different one, email us at team@elmandessence.com with the details. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please take a photo and send it to team@elmandessence.com. We will resolve the issue and send a replacement.

  • Order Cancellations

    If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at team@elmandessence.com. Once an order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
