Return and Refund Policy

Key Information

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Refunds processed within 7 days after inspection
  • No restocking fees
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first at team@elmandessence.com to get return authorization and the return address.
  2. Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the return address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect the package to ensure it meets our return conditions (unused and in original condition), we will proceed with your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Exchanges

    We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at team@elmandessence.com.
    The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original and place a new order.

  • Order Cancellations or Modifications

    If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at team@elmandessence.com as soon as possible. Orders are processed immediately through our automated system. For this reason cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Late or Missing Refunds

    If your refund hasn't arrived check your bank account first then contact your bank or card provider, as processing can take time. If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at team@elmandessence.com.
