Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at our team@elmandessence.com. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.

What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?

Orders placed before 16:00 GMT are processed the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 GMT are processed the next business day.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). After shipping, delivery usually takes 4-6 business days.

How long will it take to receive a refund after I return an item?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
